There is a study secretary for each school. One secretary deals separately with the degree programmes delivered in English. The Study Office is open from Monday to Friday between 10:00 – 14:00. Please note that all office hours apart from the above opening times are reserved for office staff to complete their other duties.

If you have problems with school computers or programmes, KamIT is here to help you.
You can find instructions for different situations from KamIt web page (click the link to go to Office 365 log in page, log in with your username and password to open the instructions). There are instructions related to email, printing, Moodle, usernames, Intranet etc.

Our students’ wellbeing at KAMK is important to us. We have tutoring teachers, study councellors, study office staff, student welfare office, study psychologist, student pastor (Kajaani Parish Services), tutoring students, all doing their best to support you to succeed in your studies. We also have the Student Health Centre Vital, located in Tieto 1 building, where there are student nurses and a doctor on campus.
All the student services are centralized to Tieto 1 building, together with campus Library. The visiting address is Ketunpolku 1.

The tuition fee for non-EU/EEA citizens at KAMK is 6000 euros per academic year (both Bachelor’s degrees and Master’s degrees). There is no tuition fee for EU/EEA citizens or exchange students. Read more about the tuition fees
Other study-related fees can be for example for study materials or copies. If you need more printing credits, you can pay for the credits (5 – 50 euros) in our online shop.
Other fees, such as restoring the study right, applying for discretionary extension to your study right or separate right to study, can also be paid in the online shop.

The Information Desk in Taito 1 deals with classroom and car reservations. The Info Desk is also the lost and found –place on campus.
